The following Terms and Conditions apply to the AHLE-X programme registration:

Complete a registration form and e-mail or fax it back to AHLE-X on 086 514 4696 

A tax invoice will be issued immediately upon receipt of the completed registration form.

You will receive a delegate log-in so that you can log into the delegate area on the website once your registration has been processed. Failure to pay fees will result in your delegate user status being terminated until payment has been received.

Once your deposit has been received by AHLE-X, you will be provided with a confirmation of attendence and a detailed programme schedule.

Payment terms are as follows:

 30% non-refundable deposit payable upon booking

The balance of the fees are payable 30 days prior to commencement of the programme.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, AHLE-X will apply the following cancellation policy:

In the event of all cancellations AHLE-X will retain the 30% deposit paid on the programme fees.

Cancellations received up to 5 days prior to the programme and where the full programme fees have been paid 50% programme fee will be refunded.

Cancellations received between 4 days before commencement and commencement of the programme and where full fees have been paid 30% of the programme fee will be refunded.

Cancellations received during the programme will result in the full programme fee being retained by AHLE-X

Please note: Credits and refunds will only be made to the payee of the fees.

Submission of a registration form shall be deemed to be acceptance of Affiliates Hospitality Leadership Experience (pty) Ltd terms and conditions and shall be jointly and severally binding on applicants and sponsors/employers.

  • Programme registration is subject to AHLE-X terms and conditions and cancellation policy.

  • AHLE-X reserves the right to cancel programmes where insufficient numbers are achieved on programmes.

  • AHLE-X reserves the right amend programmes and speakers without notice.
